Manage reusable candidate profiles, resumes, duplicates, and linked reports.
The People workspace gives each organisation a reusable candidate repository. Search by name, email, role, domain, or location, and switch between supported list presentations.
Person details
Open a person to review or edit name, email, LinkedIn URL, current role, experience, domain, location, and profile status. The detail view also shows linked reports and the attached resume.
For an attached resume, authorised users can preview extracted Markdown, download the original file, replace the file, or remove it. Replacing a resume updates the source for future analyses; it does not rewrite historical report evidence.
Create an analysis from a person
Choose the analysis action from a person card or detail dialog. Probb AI carries the person into New Analysis, where you can select or write a job description before starting.
Possible duplicates
Potential duplicate profiles are shown in the detail view. Compare identity and resume information before merging. A merge keeps the selected canonical person and reattaches compatible linked records; it is intentionally guarded by a confirmation step.
Delete a person
Deletion shows affected linked data before continuing. Depending on current relationships and permissions, you may need to delete or reassign linked records first.
