Statuses and scoring
Interpret analysis, interview, recommendation, and operational states.
Analysis state
- Processing means upload, extraction, or AI analysis is still running.
- Completed means the report is available for review.
- Mismatch review needed means weak role evidence paused full publication until a reviewer chooses whether to proceed.
- Failed means the run did not produce a complete report; use the displayed error or retry path.
Fit score
The hirability or fit score summarises evidence against the supplied job description. It is meaningful only with its reasoning and evidence sections. Compare candidates against the role requirements—not against each other solely by number.
Interview state
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invitation exists; the candidate has not started. |
| In progress | The candidate session has started and is not final. |
| Completed | Conversation finished; rating may still be processing briefly. |
| Expired | The invitation is past its allowed completion window. |
Interview decision
The completed rating can recommend Proceed, Borderline, or Reject, with readiness, confidence, dimension scores, recommendation, risk, strengths, and weaknesses. Treat confidence as confidence in the generated interpretation—not as certainty about the candidate's future performance.
Always inspect transcript evidence, source quality, role alignment, and any integrity or connection warnings before making a decision.
