Getting started with ProbbAI
Set up your workspace and create your first candidate debrief.
Welcome to your workspace
When your team invites you to ProbbAI, open the invitation, create or sign in to your account, and select the workspace you want to use. If you belong to more than one workspace, use the switcher in the header to move between them.
Your selected workspace determines which reports, people, job descriptions, and settings are visible. Check the workspace name before uploading candidate information.
Create your first debrief
Add the role
Open New Analysis, then write a job description or select one your team has already saved. Include the responsibilities, required skills, and seniority that matter for the decision.
Add candidates
Upload one or more resumes, or choose candidates from People. Check the candidate list before starting so everyone is being compared with the intended role.
Start and review
Start the analysis and follow progress for each candidate. Open a completed report to check the summary, fit score, source evidence, concerns, and suggested follow-up questions.
Add interview evidence
Invite the candidate to an AI voice interview when you need more signal. Review the recommendation together with the transcript and evidence, not as a standalone score.
Share the debrief
Download a PDF or create a read-only link for an authorised reviewer. Revoke shared access when it is no longer needed.
Find your way around

Supported files
Resume uploads accept PDF and DOCX files up to 10 MB each, with no more than 10 uploaded resumes in one batch. Use a text-readable document for the best results.
If a file cannot be read, check that it is not password-protected or image-only, convert it to a supported format, and try again.
See Limits and system requirements for interview, avatar, invitation, and workspace limits.
Invite your team
If you are a workspace Admin, open Settings → Team to invite teammates and choose their role. Start with the least access a person needs; you can update roles later.
