Roles and permissions
Understand Viewer, Member, and Admin access in your workspace.
Permissions are evaluated inside the currently selected organisation.
| Role | Typical access |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Read organisation content allowed by policy; write mutations are blocked. |
| Member | Run analyses and use day-to-day report, person, job, interview, export, and sharing workflows where enabled. |
| Admin | Member capabilities plus workspace profile, team, invitations, roles, usage visibility, and activity. |
Important safeguards
- Every organisation record is scoped to the active organisation.
- Write procedures block the Viewer role.
- Admin-only changes require an organisation Admin. Exact controls can also depend on your plan. If an action is missing, confirm the selected workspace, your role, and your workspace limits.
