Read-only share links
From a report, open the sharing dialog and create a secure access link. A shared report is designed for reviewers who should inspect the report without joining the workspace.
The share controls let an authorised user copy or open the link and revoke access. Create a new link only when access is still required.
Shared visibility is intentionally narrower than the authenticated workbench. Sensitive source downloads and organisation-only actions remain unavailable unless the share policy explicitly permits them.
PDF export
Download a PDF when a reviewer needs a portable snapshot. The PDF can include the candidate summary, role context, evidence sections, discrepancies, resume-integrity findings, follow-up questions, and available interview feedback or transcript detail.
Because a PDF is detached from the live report, it does not reflect later interview results, revoked links, corrected metadata, or deletions. Generate a fresh export for the final review meeting and handle the file according to your organisation's candidate-data policy.
