Share and export reports
Configure revocable public report links and create portable PDF review packets.
Public report links
From a report, open Share public report and choose exactly which fields a non-user may see. Creating the link copies a long unlisted URL.
Anyone who possesses an active URL can view its enabled fields without signing in. The link remains active until the report creator or an organisation Admin revokes it, replaces its token, or deletes the report. Public links do not currently expire automatically and are not protected by a recipient password.
Choose visible information
Visibility controls cover:
- candidate identity and profile fields;
- advisory score, reasoning, evidence, risk, follow-up, policy, integrity, and question-bank sections;
- interview status, feedback, dimensions, evidence, strengths, weaknesses, and transcript;
- full job-description text;
- a PDF generated from publicly visible fields.
The default is deliberately narrow. It includes candidate name and current role plus selected report evidence, technical-core, strategic-fit, risk, and follow-up sections. Candidate email, full experience, location, domain, advisory score, score reasoning, detailed rubric, integrity signals, interview content, full job description, and public PDF are disabled by default.
Original resumes, interview audio, and debug data are never exposed through the public report.
Manage an active link
- Save settings changes the visible fields without changing the URL.
- Replace link invalidates the current URL and creates a new token.
- Revoke immediately disables the current URL.
- Deleting the report also removes its public link.
For security, the raw URL is displayed only when it is newly created or replaced. Keep your own authorised record if it must be reused.
PDF export
Download a PDF when a reviewer needs a portable snapshot. The authenticated export can include candidate and role context, evidence sections, discrepancies, resume-integrity findings, follow-up questions, and available interview feedback or transcript detail.
A PDF is detached from the live report. It will not reflect later interview results, corrected metadata, changed visibility, revoked links, or deletions. Generate a fresh export for the final review meeting and protect it according to the customer's candidate-data policy.
