The Job Descriptions workspace stores reusable role context for the organisation. Search title, company, team, location, level, metadata, or description text.
Job details
A saved role can include title, company, team, location, level, metadata, and the full job-description body. The detail dialog shows linked reports so reviewers can see where the role has been used.
Start analysis
Choose Analyse candidates from a role card or detail view. Probb AI opens New Analysis with the job description selected; add uploaded resumes or saved people to continue.
Duplicate roles
Possible duplicate job descriptions can be reviewed and merged. Confirm that requirements and seniority are actually equivalent before merging—the same title can represent materially different roles.
Delete a role
The delete confirmation describes linked records and whether deletion is currently safe. Historical reports retain the role context they were created with.
