The Job Descriptions workspace stores reusable role context for the organisation. Search title, company, team, location, level, metadata, or description text.
Job details
A saved role can include title, company, team, location, level, metadata, and the full job-description body. The detail dialog shows linked reports so reviewers can see where the role has been used.
Start analysis
Choose Analyse candidates from a role card or detail view. ProbbAI opens New Analysis with the job description selected; add uploaded resumes or saved people to continue.
Compare analysed candidates
Choose Compare when at least two completed reports are linked to the saved role. The comparison view lets you inspect candidate order and select two to six visible candidates for an AI synthesis of ranking rationale, trade-offs, cautions, and follow-up questions.
Viewer users can inspect an existing comparison but cannot generate a new summary. See Compare candidates for the complete workflow.
Rediscover saved talent
Open Talent rediscovery to search analysis-ready people for job-related resume evidence without consuming full analysis quota. Review supporting evidence, gaps, confidence, and the Strong potential, Possible potential, or Limited evidence band.
Running full analyses for selected people requires confirmation and consumes normal analysis quota. See Talent rediscovery.
Duplicate roles
Possible duplicate job descriptions can be reviewed and merged. Confirm that requirements and seniority are actually equivalent before merging because the same title can represent materially different roles.
Delete a role
The delete confirmation describes linked records and whether deletion is currently safe. Historical reports retain the role context they were created with.
