Find records and actions
Search the active workspace for candidates, jobs, reports, and navigation actions.
Use the header search when you know part of a candidate name, role, report, or action but do not know which page to open. Search is limited to the active workspace.
Open search
Select Search in the application header, or press ⌘K on macOS / Ctrl+K on Windows or Linux. Enter a candidate, job, report, or action name. Select a result to open it; use Escape to close the search.
Suggestions distinguish record types so a candidate profile and a report for the same candidate are not confused. A profile holds reusable candidate information; a report holds an evaluation against a role.
Narrow the results
Use the full results view when suggestions do not show the record you need. Choose the relevant record category and load additional results where available. Search within Reports, Candidates, or Job descriptions when you also need that page's filters.
Check the selected workspace before interpreting an empty result. Switching workspaces changes the search scope. Recently created or updated records may need a refresh before they appear.
Resolve an empty or failed search
Try a shorter identifying phrase and clear restrictive filters. Check spelling and whether the record was merged, deleted, or linked under a different job. A temporary search error does not establish that the record is absent; retry once the error clears or open the relevant repository directly.
Searching does not grant permission to modify a result. Viewer and ownership restrictions still apply after opening it. See roles and permissions.
