Probb AI glossary
Definitions for the evidence, scoring, interview, sharing, and workspace terms used in Probb AI.
Analysis terms
Advisory role-fit score
A 0–10 summary of the job-related evidence found against the supplied job description. It is not a probability of success or a general candidate-quality score.
Advanced capabilities
Evidence related to higher-scope, strategic, leadership, or differentiating requirements beyond the role's core requirements.
Core requirement
A responsibility, skill, qualification, or scope expectation treated as central to the supplied role.
Discrepancy
An inconsistency, ambiguity, or claim that needs human clarification. It is not proof of dishonesty.
Evidence coverage
How much of the relevant role or interview plan is supported by usable candidate evidence.
Evidence rubric
A requirement-by-requirement view of the evidence state, such as supported, partial, missing, or uncertain.
Mismatch review
A pause triggered when preflight finds very weak evidence for the supplied role. An authorised reviewer can inspect the inputs and decide whether full analysis is still useful.
Resume-integrity signal
A pattern that may need verification, such as inconsistent chronology or unusually unsupported claims. It must never be treated as a fraud determination by itself.
Interview terms
Decision confidence
Confidence in the generated interpretation of the available interview evidence—not certainty about future job performance.
Evidence mapping
The connection between an interview assessment and the candidate answers that support it.
Interview recommendation
An AI-generated decision-support label such as Proceed, Borderline, or Reject. It does not make or execute a hiring decision.
Transcript-backed signal
An interview conclusion that can be checked against recorded candidate turns in the transcript.
Verified claim
A claim supported by explicit interview evidence. “Verified” refers to support inside the conversation; it does not replace references, employment checks, or external verification.
Workspace and sharing terms
Active organisation
The currently selected workspace. Organisation-scoped records and permissions change when the active organisation changes.
Analysis-ready person
A saved candidate profile with enough processed resume information to participate in analysis or talent rediscovery.
Public report link
An unlisted bearer link that displays only enabled report fields. Anyone with the active link can access those fields without signing in until the link is revoked, replaced, or the report is deleted.
Talent rediscovery
A lightweight search across saved resume evidence that identifies possible candidates for a role before full analysis is run.
