Match people and jobs
Search saved evidence in either direction and review source-backed matches before starting a full analysis.
The Matches workspace searches saved person evidence and active job requirements in both directions. Matching helps recruiters find plausible relationships to review; it does not make a hiring decision.
Find people for a job
- Open Matches → People for a job.
- Select an active job and review its matching criteria.
- Start matching and follow the background progress.
- Inspect supported, transferable, unclear, and missing evidence for each person.
- Shortlist, dismiss, save, or start a full analysis where appropriate.
The matching index covers eligible people across the organisation rather than an arbitrary newest-candidate window.
Find jobs for a person
- Open Matches → Jobs for a person.
- Select a person with processed resume evidence.
- Optionally filter active jobs by team, level, or location.
- Review why each opportunity surfaced and what remains unclear.
- Save, associate, share with the job owner, dismiss, or start a full analysis.
Match bands
| Band | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Strong potential | The available evidence supports a substantial share of important requirements. |
| Possible potential | Relevant evidence exists, with meaningful uncertainty or missing coverage. |
| Exploratory match | Transferable evidence makes the pair worth a closer look. |
| Limited evidence | The available resume does not establish enough relevant evidence. |
Missing resume evidence means not found in the available source, not that the person lacks the capability. Match bands are review signals and are not hiring recommendations or calibrated probabilities.
Saved decisions and full analysis
Human decisions are stored separately from generated matching results, so they remain available when evidence is refreshed. Starting a full analysis uses the normal analysis workflow and organisation quota.
