The filename extension and reported file type must agree. Empty, damaged, password-protected, or image-only documents may fail validation or extraction even when the extension is supported.
AI voice interviews
Candidates need a current desktop browser, working microphone, audio output, stable connection, and permission to record and transcribe the session. A session normally takes about 12–20 minutes, with internal recovery time for interrupted conversations.
Interview invitations expire seven days after creation. Create a new invitation when an existing session has expired.
Organisation limits
Workspace limits can include member seats, pending invitations, monthly resume analyses, and interviews. Matching searches use existing saved evidence and do not consume full-analysis quota. Admins can view the current allowance and usage under Settings → Organisation.
Limits depend on the workspace configuration. The value displayed inside the product is authoritative for the active workspace.
Avatar uploads
Account avatars accept JPEG, PNG, or WebP files up to 5 MB before cropping. The saved cropped image must be no larger than 1 MB.
