The filename extension and reported file type must agree. Empty, damaged, password-protected, or image-only documents may fail validation or extraction even when the extension is supported.
AI voice interviews
Candidates need a current desktop browser, working microphone, audio output, stable connection, and permission to record and transcribe the session. A session normally takes about 12–20 minutes, with internal recovery time for interrupted conversations.
Interview invitations expire seven days after creation. Create a new invitation when an existing session has expired.
Organisation limits
Workspace limits can include member seats, pending invitations, monthly resume analyses, interviews, and the talent-rediscovery candidate pool. Admins can view the current allowance and usage under Settings → Organisation.
Limits depend on the workspace configuration. The value displayed inside the product is authoritative for the active workspace.
Avatar uploads
Account avatars accept JPEG, PNG, or WebP files up to 5 MB before cropping. The saved cropped image must be no larger than 1 MB.
