Your invitation opens a guided voice conversation related to the role and information supplied by the hiring organisation. Probb AI records and transcribes the conversation so the hiring team can review the answers and supporting evidence.
Before you start
- Set aside about 12–20 uninterrupted minutes.
- Use a current desktop browser with a stable internet connection.
- Move to a quiet place and close other applications using the microphone.
- Open the invitation link only when you are ready to check the instructions.
- Read the recording and transcription notice.
- Select the consent checkbox and allow microphone access when prompted.
Do not forward the invitation. It is intended for the named candidate and normally expires seven days after it is created.
During the interview
- Answer from your own work experience and speak naturally.
- Wait until the screen shows Listening before answering.
- Use the microphone waveform to confirm that your voice is being received.
- You may mute temporarily, but remember to unmute before continuing.
- You do not need to use every available second.
- Choose End interview only when you are ready to submit the conversation early.
If something goes wrong

| Microphone permission was denied | Open the browser's site permissions, allow microphone access, and reload the page. |
| The microphone waveform stays flat | Check the selected input, unmute the device, and close other apps using the microphone. |
| Connection was interrupted | Stop speaking and use the on-screen reconnect or retry action. |
| Audio is unclear | Use the on-screen prompt, check your output volume, and wait for the interviewer to finish. |
| The invitation expired | Contact the hiring organisation and request a new invitation. |
| You cannot complete the interview | Contact the hiring organisation; Probb AI cannot decide accommodation or application requests. |
After completion
The hiring team may review the transcript, evidence mapping, and an AI-generated assessment. Probb AI does not make the final hiring decision. Contact the hiring organisation—not Probb AI—for questions about your application or requests concerning your candidate data.
