Rediscover candidates for a role
Search saved candidate evidence for potential role matches before using full analysis quota.
Talent rediscovery searches the resume evidence already stored in People against a saved job description. It helps recruiters find candidates worth reviewing without treating keyword overlap as a hiring decision.
Find potential matches
- Open Job Descriptions and choose the intended role.
- Open Talent rediscovery.
- Choose Find candidates.
- Leave the page if needed; the search continues in the background.
- Review the explanation, supporting evidence, important gaps, and confidence for each result.
The workspace may limit the candidate pool and show the newest eligible people when more profiles are available than the current limit.
Match bands
| Band | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Strong potential | The saved resume contains comparatively strong job-related evidence worth reviewing. |
| Possible potential | Some relevant or transferable evidence exists, with meaningful gaps or uncertainty. |
| Limited evidence | The available resume does not establish enough role-relevant evidence. |
These bands are discovery signals. They are not the report's advisory role-fit score and do not represent a final hiring recommendation.
Run full analyses
Select one or more candidates and choose Run full analysis. Probb AI checks the organisation's remaining analysis quota before starting the normal evidence-ledger workflow. Review the confirmation because this step consumes analysis quota.
Refresh stale results
The page marks results as potentially outdated when the job description or eligible talent pool has changed. Choose Refresh matches before relying on the result.
